Mr. Simmons has over 25 years of experience in various forms of the construction industry.

The first 12 years of Mr. Simmons' career dealt with hands-on growth in the commercial, residential and industrial industries. Mr. Simmons has hands-on experience in lighting protection, carpentry, surveying and concrete placement. In the late 1980's Mr. Simmons moved into an office position where he gained knowledge in estimating, project management and client relations.

In 1995, Mr. Simmons, along with 19 others, helped establish Bay Architects. Mr. Simmons has successfully completed many projects including small $25,000 jobs all the way up to a $47,000,000 high school for Pasadena I.S.D..
