Simpson Education Support Center

This 25,000 s.f. educational support center for Texas City ISD will house various
administrative offices for the entire district. Support spaces include a superintendent/board room suite, a curriculum suite for assistant superintendent offices, a business suite, commons area, and an ancillary support group suite.
Also included are offices for facilities planning staff, financial services, grant-writing,
communications and human resources. The new facility replaces the district’s aging administration offices and will be located directly across the street from the district’s new high school, also designed by Bay and currently under construction.
