Kemp Elementary is designed for 432 Kindergarten through Fifth Grade students and Carver Early Childhood Center is designed for 480 Pre-
Kindergarten students. The facilities are designed to be built on land now owned by Bryan Independent School District and occupied by Kemp Elementary School. The project is divided into phases so the current Kemp campus can be utilized by students throughout the project.
