Cox Fitness Center at Rice Stadium

This project for Rice University consisted of a 9,000 s.f. exercise/weight room with a training room and office spaces. The existing varsity football locker rooms were also renovated. The design concept had to respect Rice University's masterplan and compliment the existing stadium complex. Bay Architects was able to work with the facilities and athletic department to reach a consensus and schedule the improvements around the athletic seasons.
