In 2002, this non-denominational church bought 30 acres of land in Friendswood to relocate their campus. The design committee's objective was to create a church that was attractive, but did not recall any "typical church" appearances or symbols, such as the cross, steeple, bell tower, etc.

The design called for a combination sanctuary/fellowship hall/gymnasium, educational classrooms, youth multi-purpose space, pre-school and administrative offices.
