Bay Architects was commissioned in 2005 to design a freestanding two story office building for Barmore Insurance. The building design and programming led the design team to develop a 19,000 square foot building divided equally between each floor. Barmore Insurance is the primary tenant occupying the top floor and the lower level is leasable space for potential tenants.

The new Barmore Insurance building was constructed of pre-engineered steel with a masonry and stone façade. The final building square footage is 19,400 s.f. Barmore Insurance’s build-out on the second floor came to 9,700 s.f. and the leasable space on the first level is 9,200 s.f., with 500 s.f. of core and common space.
