Mr. Hughes is a registered Architect with over 15 years of experience in institutional and commercial projects. He has successfully managed the tight constraints and budget parameters of many types of projects ranging from new construction to additions and renovations to historic preservation.
Mr. Hughes is involved in all aspects of projects including schematic design, design development, construction documents and project management of projects such as the acclaimed Sabine Pass K-12 School.
